ADP ACP Testing
For our 401(k) clients who have implemented traditional (non Safe Harbor) 401(k) Plans, we review ADP (pretax and fully vested match) and ACP (matching) non-discrimination testing on a projected quarterly basis during the plan year.

If your plan is projected to fail either test, we will provide alternative solutions to direct your plan to pass testing by year end.

If your plan is projected to pass either test, we will provide alternative solutions so your highly compensated employees may contribute more to the plan, subject to plan and IRS limits.
